If you wish to arrange delivery outside mainland Spain, please contact us and we will advise you on the purchasing process.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping rate of €8.00 applies, except in the following cases:
- Large or bulky items, such as furniture.
- Deliveries outside mainland Spain, for which shipping costs must be confirmed in advance.
Orders over €200.00 qualify for free standard shipping.

Prices
Prices are displayed on each product page, except in the event of typographical errors or omissions.
For purchases made within Spain, prices include the applicable VAT. For orders placed from outside Spain, prices are displayed excluding VAT where applicable.
Delivery Times
Products that are in stock are normally dispatched immediately.
Some items are made to order or require custom modifications requested by the customer. In these cases, delivery times will depend on production schedules and the availability of raw materials.
If you would like to know the estimated delivery time for a specific product, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Shipping Responsibility
All goods are fully insured against damage during transport.
If your order arrives damaged, this must be noted on the delivery receipt. Belloso S.A. will handle the claim with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange the shipment of a replacement.
To ensure that the insurance company accepts the claim, any damage or incident must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Returns
All purchases are considered final. However, Belloso S.A. will carefully review any claim that is reasonable and properly justified.
Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order value.
Warranty
Belloso S.A. guarantees all products supplied in accordance with current consumer protection and warranty legislation.
Taxes
Prices shown include VAT for purchases made within Spain.
For purchases made from outside Spain, prices are displayed excluding VAT where applicable.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has a minimum period of seven working days to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason and without penalty, provided that the decision is communicated by any legally accepted means.
The applicable legislation shall determine which days are considered working days depending on the place where the goods are delivered.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made according to the buyer's specifications.
- Clearly personalised products.
- Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned.
- Products liable to deteriorate.
- Products with a short shelf life or that may expire rapidly.
